Our Pro Processors take over the loan once disclosures are signed. We'll manage the process from start to finish, handling all the details and tasks necessary to get your loan closed on time.
We handle everything - from uploading the 3.4 file to lender portals and disclosing the loan, to submitting the loan package to underwriting and ordering all necessary services. Our team also reviews and collects conditions, submits for CTC, and works closely with title and closing to balance and finalize the loan
